The hotel is located at the top of Banff Avenue, just a ten minute walk down the hill to centre of Banff, which has a good range of shops and galleries to browse and many restaurants and cafes to sample.
A short drive through the town leads you to the Banff Upper Hot Springs, which boasts a revitalising mineral pool, relaxing spa facilities and a café, while a ten minute drive in the other direction from the hotel will bring you to Lake Minnewanka - where you can take a leisurely cruise on the tranquil waters, with fantastic views of the surrounding mountains.
