In the area
The hotel is a few minutes from the Parliament buildings and the harbourfront, which is a great place to walk along and watch the boats coming and going, as well as being home to The Robert Bateman Centre and the fascinating exhibits of the wildlife artist.
Walk past the Parliament buildings to the Royal BC Museum and downtown Victoria which has some excellent shopping areas and a great selection of restaurants and cafes.
Victoria is also proud of its many beautiful parks and gardens, and during the summer months it has a tradition of hanging flower baskets from downtown lampposts, giving the streets a colourful European feel.
