In the area
It is a quick car trip or a leisurely twenty minute stroll into the downtown area of Victoria, which has many attractions to offer.
From Canada’s oldest Chinatown which boasts Fan Tan Alley, the country’s narrowest street and a great mix of restaurants and trinket shops, to the charming Bastion Square, lined with boutiques and pavement cafes, there are plenty of beautiful streets to wander around.
Further into the city, the Royal BC museum is well worth a visit, with some fantastic collections and regular events and lectures, as well as the vast Beacon Hill Park, which has some lovely walks past flower-filled slopes, streams and forests.
