Stroll along the river through Riverfront Park for some pretty flower displays and monuments, or for a longer walk, head in the other direction on the paved trail to the neighbouring town of Dieppe.
For a trip out of town, visit Hopewell Cape, thirty minutes’ drive away on the Bay of Fundy, and see the tree-topped Hopewell Rocks, uniquely carved by the ferocious tides. At low tide you can explore the coves and rocks on 2km of beach.
