In the area
The Blue Mountains themselves offer a great deal of entertainment from hiking and biking trails to high ropes and if you are feeling particularly adventurous, the Ridge Runner Mountain Coaster – individual driver controlled carts that take you on an exhilarating ride for over a kilometre downhill.
For the opposite sort of adventure, The Collingwood Scenic caves are a short drive away where you can wander through spectacular caves and caverns carved out by glacial ice millions of years ago.
The small village has shops, restaurants and galleries to peruse, or take a ten minute journey by car and relax on the lovely sandy beaches of the Georgian Bay.
