The hotel is five minutes drive from the airport and also from the Lake Hood Seaplane base, where you can take a tour for some breathtaking aerial views of the region, or visit the interesting Alaska Aviation Heritage Museum.

Wander or cycle along the beautiful Tony Knowles Coastal Trail which winds its way 11 miles from downtown to Kincaid Park for stunning views and if you’re lucky, beluga whale sightings.
